Hands down everything about it is just beautiful
It also doesn’t help that I think coachbuilding is one of the most beautiful things someone could do

The Disco Volante is definitely not that bad looking, but you’re going to have a hard time convincing me they did anything other than make an 8C look worse.

It’s strange; I don’t think it’s ugly but I don’t think it’s beautiful, either. Yet there is this attractiveness to it: I like that it doesn’t look too fussy and doesn’t have all sorts of hard angles and creases that permeate modern car design.
For me, this is one of those cars that brings to mind a famous quote (which I will butcher) about beauty having some strangeness in its proportions (which was actually in a different Top Gear review, I don't remember for which car). It's a car that I can admire but doesn't really make me WANT it.
